R&B COVID-19 ANNOUNCEMENT
Viewings will be available from Monday 18th May with the following criteria;
You or members of your household must not have displayed any symptoms of Covid 19 within the last 2 weeks.
Viewings will be unaccompanied, our agent will be at the property but will maintain social distancing. Our agent will be wearing protection in the form of a mask and/or gloves and we would strongly request that you do so too. Viewings will be limited to 2 adults, strictly no children.
You will be given a time slot and allowed 20 minutes in order to complete your viewing to avoid contact with the next viewer.
You must be in a position to proceed with cash funds available or a mortgage in principle and if applicable, your current property under offer. If you do not have a mortgage in principle, we would be more than happy to refer you to our financial advisers for free advice.
This guidance has been put in place for your safety and that of our members of staff, failure to comply will result in us asking you to leave the property.
