Meet the team

I have worked in the property market since 1995 after leaving the British Army. I started as a letting manager and progressed into sales a few years later. Then in 2001 I moved to Spain where I opened my own Estate Agents on the Costa Blanca, eventually returning to UK in 2009. I believe my vast experience, relentless determination to succeed and customer service has been the reason for success over the years and has given me the expertise to manage your property, marketing and sale at the highest level, whilst managing and driving the team to deliver exceptional results for our clients. I enjoy all sports, walking, travelling, and spending time with my family.

I started in Estate Agency in 1998 and worked my way up through the ranks as initially an administrator, negotiator, valuer, branch manager and then area manager. In 2003 I was headhunted by a property investment company where I worked as an acquisition manager purchasing distressed properties on behalf of high net worth clients. In 2005 I trained as a property auctioneer and headed up a well-known north west based auction company. In 2007 I purchased Live Well Lettings and then in 2010 purchased nationwide property specialist which together with further acquisitions they form what today is known as Nationwide Estate Agents.

I am the sales manager at R&B and have worked in the industry for over 25 years. With my wealth of local knowledge and experience I head our successful motivated sales team at Market Street, Lancaster. I enjoy interior design, socialising with family and friends and time out pottering in the garden with the odd glass of wine or two.

I have been working in the industry since 2014 and joined the R&B team in 2016; over the years I have built up the knowledge to ensure your sale or purchase runs as smoothly and as stress free as possible. I enjoy being part of a vigorous self-motivated sales team and being a local girl; living in Lancaster my whole life, I have great knowledge of the area! Outside of work, I enjoy my weekends socialising with friends, spending time with my family and I am known for my weird and wonderful nail extensions!

I have recently joined the R&B team in February 2018. I had my first taste of estate agency working with my husband in our leading estate agency in Costa Blanca Spain. We had our successful estate agency for over 8 years before then returning to the UK. Working as an estate agent, is a perfect for role for me; I get to combine my love of interiors on a daily basis whilst also helping the requirements of the individual. I thoroughly enjoy communication with our varied applicants needs. I’m a real peoples person. I've worked in various sales positions for over 20 years from Jewellery to Dentistry. I have an Understanding nature & knowledge of the local areas as well. To be able to help people through the moving process and to be able to help them find them their dream home is second nature. I look forward to my new position here & meeting new people along the way. Outside of work, I enjoy walking and spending time with friends and family.

I started working for R&B when I was 16 years old and have experience in all roles within the industry. I worked from all the five offices and spent the latter 2 years working from the Kirkby Lonsdale and Arnside offices, so I have a great knowledge of all the local areas we cover. In 2007 I took what I call my “10 year sabbatical” to raise my children. During this time I also managed my own Property portfolio within the local the area and worked in the local family businesses. I returned to R&B in December 2016, and I am so glad I did, I love the fast pace, achieving sales targets and getting to know our clients during the crucial time of selling their homes. Being back at R&B feels like I’ve returned home. I spend a lot of my own time volunteering in local community projects and you will always find me helping out the PTA at school events. I am also a Parent governor at my children’s School.

Having joined R&B in March 2017, I am excited to be part of the team. I have previously worked in a number of customer service roles and now strive to provide excellent customer service to our clients at R&B Estate Agents. I am Lancaster born and bred and have hence gained a good knowledge of the local area, but there is always more to learn! I enjoy travelling and have ventured across the globe to America, Australia and Indonesia - but there’s no place quite like home. I am loving my role as a Sales Administrator and look forward to what the future brings in the world of property.

I have recently joined the R&B team in February 2019. I am excited to be part of the team as a social media guru.
I have good knowledge on anything that involves computers, and I have a real passion for video editing, web & graphic design.

With a background served in the British Army for six years, as a Communications systems operator, including one tour of Operation Herrick 15 Afghanistan. On leaving the forces I moved across Asia for fourteen months travelling across numerous countries. I am very excited to start my new chapter here at R&B, as I strive to learn through new experiences.

I joined R&B over five years ago as a property viewer having retired from public service after 30 years. I enjoy all aspects of the job particularly meeting new people and travelling around north Lancashire and south Cumbria, an area I love and know well.

I joined the R&B team in 2019 as a viewer, after returning from maternity leave I have taken on office work too. I have a long-standing career in customer service and I am proud to be part of a team that shares my vision of delivering an excellent customer journey. My Moto in life is “your never fully dressed without a smile” :)
I have always lived in the Lancaster and Morecambe area which gives me a great advantage when providing knowledge of local amenities and services for viewers.
I am a huge believer in having a positive work/life balance and am lucky to have found a company that supports my belief, meaning I get to spend lots of time with my two daughters and husband and even fit in a run or two for myself.

I have worked in Estate Agency for 14 years and gained experience within many fields of the business from office administration, sales, lettings and property management.

In 2019 I qualified as an ARLA member in Lettings and Property Management.

I thoroughly enjoy my job and strive to provide the best customer service to our clients.

I am a mum of two and my passion is musical theatre!

I have worked in the property industry since 2005 and have extensive experience in Lettings, Administration and Property Management. I pride myself on attention to detail and customer service to all Landlords and Tenants. I feel proud to be part of such a hardworking and dedicated team. I am a mother of two and enjoy spending time with my family. I also enjoy spa days and have an interest in interior design.

I have worked in Property Management for 6 years. Dealing with landlords, tenants and contractors for all property requirements. I enjoy my job and always aim to provide the best customer service possible. I like to go on walks and visit the Lake District, I also enjoy socialising with family & friends.
